I contacted Mel at F2 to get 16 mugs engraved for our workplace. We only contacted F2 last minute on an extremely tight deadline, literally two days before we needed the engraved mugs. To my amazement, Mel was able to get the mugs to us in 36 hours and was able to fulfill our urgent request. When an issue came up because we did not supply the correct number of mugs for engraving, Mel was up at 11pm contacting us to find a solution to the problem we created. I cannot say enough about F2's customer service, constant contact and honesty. Mel is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend F2 and Mel if you need engraving done.
Such an amazing service! She was able to get me an appointment right away and engraved exactly what I was hoping for on my pendant, and for such a reasonable price. Also she was lovely to work with :) Will definitely be coming back in the future!
