More like 10 stars. I would like to thank the whole team at Aran Awards & Engraving. Not only have they made what seemed like an impossible Christmas wish come true, they also treat you with amazing customer service. I went in on a whim and a prayer hoping that a wish from my son for a trophy stating " the best player in roblox steal a brain rot" could be done. Let me tell you Anne... You are an angel! She embraced the challenge and took weight off my shoulders ? and said "We can do it no problem" and the next day i received an email that it was ready for pick up. Truly an amazing business.
I had to get a very last minute pen engraving done and they were able to accommodate. Customer service was amazing. Special shout-out to Anne for all her help. The engraving was also done beautifully!

John and his team provided excellent customer service and were very honest about etching our mirror. Since the age of the mirror was unknown, we were warned there was a chance that it might contain lead which could result in the mirror cracking during the laser process. It was a 50/50 chance and we are thrilled that we did take the chance - it turned out PERFECT!! Thank you Aran Awards & Engraving for the fabulous job.
