Wrong price on item and then she laughs at you like you could be so stupid as to actually expect that was the price. Smells bad. Humid in store when not humid outside.
I had a bad experience here. I bought a refillable lighter a few days ago. It was $7.99+tx. It stopped working so I brought it back to make an exchange but the woman refused. She told me its not her fault. That she doesn't get a refund so she cant give me one. No exchange no refund. There was no sign up saying this policy. I feel ripped off. It wasn't alot of money but for a lighter its not cheap and I work hard for my money. I think she should at least give me a replacement. Unfortunately that is the world today. Everyone is ripping you off. Be warned if you buy something from here it is a gamble.
Today was the 3rd time in the last month that I have gotten to the store between 10-10:45 pm and it has already been closed. This has been rather frustrating as the hours posted online and on the door both read 7am-11pm daily. You cannot trust that the store will be open until it’s listed hours and the next closest store is over 1km away
This is a good store, very clean, very stocked my only complaint is the gentleman working behind the counter who is always there is always on the phone. No matter when I go in no matter what time it's at he is always talking on the phone while serving and I can't recall the last time he's not been on it. I find this unprofessional especially when he doesn't communicate with you, and when you think he's speaking to you he's actually not he's talking into his earbuds on his phone. I've said hi to him many times no response. When you get to the counter you might as well serve yourself accept for getting a bag as that's all he does, doesn't tell you the total doesn't say pls or thank you doesn't even give you the debit reader you have to reach under the Plexi glass for it.. I'm thinking maybe the communication will be better if I call him on his cell phone when I get to the counter that way we can have that customer interaction.. Stay off the phone!! Or put it away when a customer comes to the counter and at least pretend your listening.
