This is not a "your friendly neighborhood store". Its the opposite. The only reason I did go there was because it was near to where I live. Never again!
If i could give O stars i would was there to buy something and the guy behind the counter was very rude to me very bad service I wouldn't recommend this store
I went there just to buy a few items and I wanted to double check the price because in the freezer was marked with other price ! So I did not see nothing wrong asking the owner in order to confirm the price and the owner immediately Went very verbal agresive to me and bang the items on the front desk were they have the cashier and I just told him I am a customer I just came here ti buy and he just started again in a sarcastic way to call me ,ok so what do you want to tell me "Customer " in the precens of the other customers who got very surprised by the very verbal reaction of owner only for a simple question as any other customer would ask? I was surprised as well by his reaction more even by the owner. I won't recommend to go there at all ,Canada it's a country recognized worldwide as a nation of population of peace and courtesy and good manners ,it's a shame that just for a few ones the country can reflect a very bad negativisem to others new comers as the owner of the store.
Kinda sketchy looking. And the stuff is a bit overpriced and not super appetizing. But they’ve usually got what I want when I go in and the clerks laugh at my jokes so 5 stars!
I bought a vape by the vape express attached to and owned by this store, the vape did not work, I went back to return it, with the proof on my banking app that I bought it at that store, that day with the exact time I purchased it, I am a single mother so having to come back to return this broken vape was frustrating to begin with, but I was met with two cashiers that were rude, uncooperative and ignorant, even having the nerve to smirk and laugh as if it was funny that they were refusing to return the broken vape, I go to this store for vapes at least twice a week and although I’ve always been met with this rude, ignorant attitude by the workers, it was just convenient how close this vape store is to my house. $36.00 for a vape that doesn’t work and a store refusing to return it on a single mother budget is frustrating as it is, but the way these two employees acted and treated me with their smirks and little laughs and just rudeness, was truly ignorant.
Do not go here. I bought a pair of headphones(airpods) on April 4th/2025. I have receipt. I tried charging them for two days and they wouldn't work at all. I try to return them today on April 6th/2025 @ roughly 8:15 pm. Store clerk calls, I believe the owner and they refuse to exchange them despite all original packaging and receipt. When asked why, their excuse was should've brought them back right away, not three days later. Well for one April 4 to the 6th is two days not 3. For two people have lives and get busy, and for three I wanted to try charging them and make sure they wouldn't turn on before going all the way back. Most places give a 30-60 day warrenty. But this place is selling defective products and not standing by their product. Next call will be to apple i guess, to see if they are license to sell apple products and see if apple will warranty them, just do yourself a favor and save your money and yourself a headache and shop else where, or else face being scammed.
Mustafa the new owner is a GREAT guy. Kind hearted staff, night shift always makes me laugh. I feel comfortable enough to bring all of my friends to this store, and recommend it to my out of towner friends too!!! Every one of their staff is very kind and approachable, they go above and beyond being your normal corner store. True meaning to "convenience". Did I also mention they have the largest selection in Hamilton of exotic / import pops such as Japanese Fanta, rap snacks potato chips, even chik-fil-a sauce!?!?!?!? Truly I'd love to say this place can't get any better, but I'm sure they will continue to impress me with new products and great staff always a pleasure dealing with these guys. Thanks, best regards.
