I was thrilled with AJ's professionalism and customer care. My car was stained from parking under a maple tree and nothing I was trying was taking the stains from my paint, but after a quick trip to Vibes, it's shiny and white again! And the price is very reasonable.

Ajay was professional and easy to work with from the first call. The team at Vibes did a fantastic job restoring my vehicle after a pipe burst above it in a parking garage. Got my kids car a detail package for Christmas $190 CASH only got the car back on Sunday. Did not pick up car my kids did. Looked at car today and found spots on car. AJ said it was tree sap and would not come off without scratching the paint. It would remove the clearcoat. There was tree sap on on back window as well there is no clear coat on a window. I used a soft cloth and with a little effort was able to remove the spots. Called AJ and he said he would have to charge me another $150 to remove Sapp and polish car he said it would take some effort to remove the spots. That's why I gave him $190 for some effort. $190 for a car wash that I could have got at a gas station....not a happy customer. Merry Christmas to my kids thanks a lot.
I decided to take my vehicle there after reading reviews and with the close proximity to me. AJ did a good job of getting the dirt and dust out of the carpets and vinyl. The spots that were not attended to were all windows (which i only noticed the following day with the glare of the sun. The biggest issue I have is when it came to "washing" the outside. I came home and started putting stuff the the back and noticed paint peeling from around the rear handle. There was no mention of this during or when i went to pick up my property. It wasnt until I sent a picture asking what happened, that I was informed during the drying that he saw paint flaking off. I will not be going back.
Excellent job cleaning our Honda Civic. Vehicle looked and smelled great. Also appreciated the drop off service. Bringing the Range Rover in to be cleaned next. Definitely recommend
