In the end, I was again updated regarding the precautions to take. I was extremely satisfied with their service. It was fast, efficient and very economic. Garrett is amazing! I had a huge problem and he saved my car! We went to pick up a new cat who must have sprayed or peed in my car. It took 2 days for the smell to really settle in my car and it was unbearable. I couldn’t drive with the windows closed. I tried scrubbing with the pet enzyme stuff and it didn’t budge the smell at all. I called a restoration company and no one had any ideas. I was ready to trade my relatively new car in. I took my car to Garrett and he did his thing and somehow got the smell out. It’s been three weeks now and there is not even a hint of cat smell. It smells new again. It was incredible! And the price was amazing too! I would recommend anyone to go see him. He does fantastic work. I couldn’t be happier!
