Worst company that i ever visit in my lyf After having an appointment i still waited on road they don’t even let me park inside and the manager is so rude don’t even know how to deal….

Friday June 4th approx 2.30pm She do not suppose to pickup the phone calls anymore. Very rude very frustrated lady. Somebody supposed to teach her how to be nicer.... Dont call them. Dont order there.
Rude on the phone. Me “Hi do you have any 4 x 4 cedar posts?” Lady “No sir you’ll have to call our Dundas location” Me “Ok, no problem, do you have any 4 x 4 pressure treated posts” Lady “No sir you’ll have to call our Waterdown location” Me “ok, so you guys don’t have any posts” Lady “no” and loudly hangs up phone. Won’t be calling Turkstra ever again.
Great lumber. Nice n strait. You don't have to pick through the whole pile to get a few straight 2x4s. And you can drive up and get lumber in about 15 min even during lockdown.
Called them yesterday and they delivered today! Everyone I dealt with from the phone to payment to the delivery guy was professional and friendly. So helpful.
