Always amazing service and products. Today we went for the charity BBQ and the staff are so nice and very knowledgeable. We spoke with Dajun, one of the managers and he put us on the right path to help us plan our deck. Thank you all so much for your help.
Not a whole lot in the area for hardware and mechanical suppliers. The staff there were very friendly and looking to go above and beyond for me. Made sure what I was purchasing was exactly what I was hunting for and he didn’t have anything that’d suit my needs better.
Very bad customer service experience. Called in and spoke with an associate who instructed me to come into the store the next morning at 9am when the proper employee would be in to provide help. Showed up that morning and asked him for help and he instructed me to just send him an email. Drove the 20 minutes home and sent email immediately. Still no response or quote on a fairly simple project, 2+ months later. Went with Home Depot where multiple people came and checked in and asked if they could assist me.
Turkstra put together an order for me for century railing system. After fumbling the bag from the start I finally got an order placed. Was told I didn't need hardware and surprise surprise I did. Was told I did not need brackets and yet again I did. So after five trips to three locations I thought I had everything I needed. Turns out I was given a stair railing which is identical to the regular rail except for the massive gaps between ballusters. Now I am unable to return the stairway railing because it was cut and installed. Was told on the phone "sorry about that mistake on our end". I am now out $167 after spending $2000 on my 20 linear foot porch railing. As a homeowner and a contractor I am not happy with this result. The staff at Turkstra Dundas are amazing. Were very friendly, and helpful when I first got there, within minutes were asking if it was alright for my two children to have freezes. Lots of great products, timely fulfilment, and efficient. Thanks!
I ordered a small load of lumber,brought it home and realized l had the wrong lumber ....called back and made arrangements for exchange .....no b.s.........just top notch customer service .....its worth the trip to dundas !!

You get your order fulfilled within an hour typically, the staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable and the quality of their products has never failed me.
