Great Bowling experience but… Minus 2 stars for the employee wearing MAGA hat. Not in my city, not affecting my Steel workers. HAMONT STRONG ELBOWS UP!!!
Owner is a great guy who really cares and takes care of the business. Well run and we'll managed. Building is extremely clean and organized. Highly recommend!
While trying to organize a class trip with our preschool class this business dropped the ball, literally. The response time is slow and then just stopped altogether, even when asked directly if this was something they were able to accommodate. Such a shame as I am sure if the children liked the activity our parents would have probably returned to support this local venue.
The old man who is working there is impolite. You can not enjoy playing. I am not suggesting this place. Customer service should be their priority than asking for money.
Didn't even get a sitting table as both lanes beside us took the table... There is sharing tables and shared bowls between 2 alleys. Didn't enjoy that much. Not going back here.
The older woman at the food counter is incredibly rude. She yelled at me twice as if I was her child and not a customer. I immediately told her to cancel my order and I walked away. So now instead of staying and playing multiple games we'll have to leave to go eat dinner. Edit: I just learned that after leaving this review of the owner of the establishment, went up to my friends that I left behind and questioned them on my reasons for this review. The fact he would go up there and harass his customers over review he's saying that I was served yet I didn't walk away with any food. You're delusional.
The owner of the bowling alley is incredibly rude and spends his night walking back and fourth screaming at young children. He was even bragging about it to his staff like it makes him look tough. It’s embarrassing. I feel sorry for his staff, they try so hard to make it an inviting and welcoming place for everyone just for the owner to come in and destroy the reputation. Don’t waste your time or money on this place, just go to Splitsville.
