They had a Tuesday deal that ended at 6:30pm. We arrived well before 6:30 but they wouldn’t give it to us because the hour of bowling that we were going to do was supposed to end by 6:30pm. That’s not how deals usually work and it was really misleading. They wouldn’t accommodate us when we asked to speak to the manager. We left without bowling. The whole place was empty. Manager was rude when we were questioning the wording of the deal.
Mountain Lanes is badly outdated. The men's bathroom smells so bad it will stay with you when you leave. Tried to book two hours but was told they only had one available because they were packed. When we left after an hour, there was nobody waiting for lanes and a few open. I would have given one star, however, the young lady and young man working this past Saturday were great and working their behinds off. They were pleasant to deal with. Do yourself and your kids a favour and spend the extra dollars to head to a different place. The difference in cost is negligible.
The upstairs alleys are great, loved the lighting & atmosphere. My kids loved 5 pin bowling vs 10 as the bowling balls are much smaller, lighter & easier to handle.

Everytime I bowl here I always have a blast! Always clean, great food, friendly league members that always welcome you as if you are apart of their league too,, and phenomenal staff! Feels like a family community being there!! Love it!
Love this place!! Take my family here all the time, they have a super friendly staff and the 5 pin bowling is awesome for the little ones, also they love the glow in the dark. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
If I could do 0 stars I would. I have been left with a terrible taste in my mouth after the customer service. Booked a birthday party weeks in advance. 1 week before the party date (Saturday afternoon) we get a call asking why we were not at our booked party. After explaining there is some sort of mistake it’s not till the following Saturday they told us it’s no problem sorry for the mistake see you next week. Wednesday evening just 3 days before the party we are told they over booked and don’t have our lanes. The Christmas party that was booked “well in advance” was more important than my family and our 7year olds birthday party that was also booked in advance. We were told that the party was written down on the wrong day by a staff member. After speaking with the owner who had no options for me. I’m left with the old sorry about your luck. I now have to call all my guests and explain the situation + find a new party spot in just 3 days. I will never be back for a game let alone a birthday party. Let my experience speak for its self do not book a birthday party at this establishment your family is expendable to the owner and staff. Terrible just terrible. Ps This is going on my social media so friends and family can see what this business does to a young family trying to do right by their kid Update* an employee of the establishment came onto my personal Facebook because they don’t like my new review POV. Comments have since been deleted after being told how unprofessional she looks.
