Very disappointing experience. Our bathroom vanity arrived with damage to the wood tracking. Two huge chunks came out and we are in the middle of a big renovation.
We bought a 40" Infinity collection bathroom mirror (M4001NC) here and upon hanging it noticed a small manufacturing defect in the middle of the surface that caused a distortion. The distortion was difficult to see statically but very obvious with any movement. The Bath Depot refused to exchange it for another mirror, despite having all the original packaging. We sent photo evidence to their head office and an exchange was denied because the mirror had been hung. It does not state this in their return/exchange policy on the receipt, and no one at any point instructed us to inspect it for manufacturing defects prior to hanging it. Not our fault, not the store's fault, not the owner/manager's fault but still an outrageous policy for something that could easily be turned back around on the supplier.
Nabeel Khan is it true professional. He and his knowledgable staff helped me through a great selection of product and was very resourceful. All individuals at the Ancaster store made the whole experience fun. I have been back 2 to 3 times just to say hello but also buying more product. Thank you everyone at Ancastor location. You made my huge Project a lot simpler, and the selection of product that everyone help me with looks fantastic.
We needed a new shower for our cottage. We visited the big box stores and came away disappointed due to the limited selection and high prices. My wife found Bath Depot online, and we visited their store in Ancaster. Simon, our sales representative, was excellent. He showed us several options that he thought would meet our needs, and we chose an alcove shower kit, paying two-thirds of what we would have paid at a big-box store. Outstanding Customer service, a wide selection of products, excellent quality and significantly lower prices than the big box stores. Check it out for yourself.
Every individual I've encountered at the store has been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. When I needed some support on a shower kit I bought, the head office in Quebec was also helpful. I am glad to support a good Canadian company.
Jason and the team at this particular branch are Rockstars - if you need a bathroom done right, they have excellent prices, hands down customer service is the best I've personally experienced so far from a bathroom store. Excellent job!
We are first time home buyers and renovators, I can't reccomend bath depot enough ! We bought our tub for $400! We just went back and about our entire vanity set for $600! These prices can't be beat ,trust me we did our research as we are renovating on a budget. Customer service is also amazing
