Not sure they sell food at this place but I gave a 5 star on it as I don't want to ruin the rating for leaving it empty. Service was pretty quick. Maybe because I'm a generous tipper. But I order a drink and the beautiful bartenders would serve me quick. It's a place to be in Hamilton for a younger crowd. Being 40, I felt out of place. Place does get packed. Felt like a can of sardines. I'm giving it a 5 star as they have more then 1 room with different variety of music. They definitely did a good job. As a business owner myself, the way they mapped out this place was smart and I hope it continues to be a success.
My friend and I attended their Halloween event on the 31st, and it was a terrible experience. Even though we had tickets, we had to wait in the same line as people paying at the door. We stood in line from 11 p.m. and only got in around 1 a.m., just an hour before the party ended at 2 a.m. Our tickets said there would be 3 rooms (Top 40, Latin & Tecno) but the staff wasn't helpful in directing us where to go. The club was uncomfortably packed. Overall shitty experience. Might try go again on a less busy night...maybe it was just because it was Halloween.
The Bartender (Maya I think) was extremely rude. She proceeded to threaten us that her boyfriend owns the club, after all we did was complain about the prices of the drinks because we were not aware and that the drinks seemed watered down. Using your power as a girlfriend is extremely unprofessional. We meant no harm and we were not rude to her, we didn't even ask for a refund. Either way, threatening guests with your "power" should never be allowed. I Will not be going back.
Waited 2+ hours in line and was told it was $40 at the door, when I finally got in around 1245 it jumped up to $60. People were vaping indoors. Some of the mixed drinks were decent, and others tasted watered down.
THERE IS NO VENTILATION IN THE SPANISH SIDE AFTER THEY CHARGE 10 ENTRANCE. THEY DONT LET YOU BACK OUTSIDE WHEN YOU WANT FRESH AIR BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 10 AGAIN. WONT BE BACK. THIS IS ABUSE..PUT AC IF YOU WILL CHARGE ENTRANCE.
Forgot to leave a review from over the weekend. I’m almost positive they water down their liquor they use to make mixed drinks. I pregamed before I arrived and had a buzz. Over the course of 2 hours of being there I had 5 mixed drinks and 1 shot. I did not feel anything what so ever and I could barely taste the rum in my drinks. It makes sense how they are able to offer 2.50$ shots before I certain time, it’s because it’s all watered down junk.
Terrible experience at this nightclub. The door staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They let their friends in for free while charging others double or even triple the entry fee. What’s worse is the clear discrimination at the entrance if you are Black or have darker skin, they let you in for free with no questions asked, while others are charged unfairly. This place has no respect, no organization, and treats people based on appearance and not fairness. Completely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Never going back and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone.
