First impression was not great. From a glance it looks a little run down but, we were seated immediately and staff were very friendly. (1 waitress and 2 cooks). Panzerotti was really tasty but lacked any sauce. I recommend if you order panzerotti you ask for extra sauce or sauce on the side. They have pop cans instead of fountain so its quite expensive when ordering drinks. Overall great service, great food, and could be renovated a little on the inside to make it more welcoming. 8/10 recommend.
Tonight’s dinner was extra special. I suffered some injuries a month ago where I can’t chew solid food for awhile. That didn’t stop me from coming to enjoy a Friday night out. I wasn’t sure if I was going to eat so upon my arrival I asked my waitress Claudia what to eat. Claudia, went above and beyond and consulted with the owner Boris, and Chef Ravi. Boris and Ravi went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs. Claudia brought the food out with a smile and was extremely knowledgeable, and even suggested the vegetable soup as an appetizer before my main course. We decided to stay for karaoke, which is hosted by the owner Boris. Boris is a fantastic host and between him and Claudia, they make you feel like family.
Food, Drinks & Atmosphere! I can't recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was spot on—warm lighting, great music, and a welcoming energy that made us feel instantly at home. Whether you're coming in for a casual drink or a full dinner experience, this spot delivers on every level. The cocktails are top-tier—creative, perfectly balanced, and made with real attention to detail. The bartender clearly knows their craft. I had the house special and was blown away! Now, the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell the kitchen uses fresh, high-quality ingredients, and they’re not afraid to get a little creative while still keeping things approachable. Service was another highlight—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. All in all, this bar and restaurant strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and refined. Whether you're out with friends, on a date, or just treating yourself, it’s a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.
My friend and I went to Lotos this evening for their $.99 wing night. We were really excited to go because of the great reviews. Unfortunately this will be a bad review (my apologies for the long review but there was so much that happened). Everything started off OK, the waitress was very pleasant and brought us our pops quite quickly. There was one table of about 10 people that ruined the atmosphere as they were very loud and obnoxious (the waitress should’ve said something to them, and even another family had to move away from them because they were so loud). Between those people and the music you could barely hear yourself speak. Then we ordered: chicken noodle soup, french fries, blue cheese dressing, 15 chicken wings (mild, lemon pepper and Cajun) for myself and my friend ordered 15 chicken wings (mild, salt and pepper, and honey hot). After half an hour, I received the chicken noodle soup which was OK at best. Then after 45 minutes of waiting, we were told they were sorry they had an influx of orders (there were 30 people max with two waitresses). After one hour of waiting, we were told that the cook messed up our order and had to start again. Once we received our wings, my friend’s order was incorrect although the waitress insisted it was correct. The mild did not taste very good, the lemon pepper had no taste, but the Cajun was good and so was the honey hot. The only compliment I would say is that the wings were of decent size. The waitress forgot the french fries (which ended up being cold) and the blue cheese dressing (which honestly didn’t taste like blue cheese and more like sour cream). After expressing our disappointment, the waitress pretty much ignored us and took care of every other customer and we had to ask for refills and the bill. To make up for our disappointing meal, they comped us the blue cheese, our pop refills (of which the glasses were tiny and apparently they charge for refills) and allowed us to take home six of the wings that were left over. I told the waitress that this was our first time coming to Lotos and they made a terrible impression. We won’t be going back and would not recommend this place. I hope they get their act together especially if Tuesday is their wing night and it takes them an hour to get the order wrong. In total, it took an hour and a half before we were able to leave.
Saturday night bartender remembers literally everything! Amazing. The atmosphere is amazing on a Saturday. Karaoke is great. The crowd is amazing, different every time and still amazing every time. The chef makes an amazing pizza. I love it!
When you really want bar food but don't want to go out, this place is where you need to order from. The presentation was great. The wait time wasn't long through Skip The Dishes and it tastes amazing!! Hubby and I will be ordering from here again soon. Great job.
Went there to pick up chicken wings , wings were ok, but just ok, fries were hot but not crispy, staff was very friendly and attentive service was quick.
