I had custom hoodies and toques made for my son’s hockey team. We were super impressed at the quality and turn around time for our items. The owner was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future!

I reached out last minute with an embroidery order before a planned trip, and not only did they take it on without hesitation, but they exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work is absolutely amazing — even better than I imagined. The owner was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was completed on time. It’s rare to find service this good these days. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for future projects!
My wife and I dropped off 25 pieces of school uniform clothing to John. He had it done within 3 days! Absolutely great service and friendly staff! I highly recommend to parents who need uniform clothing done. He also has very unique custom woodwork pieces displayed throughout the store. Will definitely be returning to John.
I had a very upsetting experience in the parking lot of Creative Workshops on Stone Church Road in Hamilton. I had pulled over into their lot briefly to take an important phone call — I was inside my vehicle the entire time and did not leave it. While I was on the call, a man walking a dog stopped behind my car and started taking pictures of it. When I asked him why, he said the masjid across the street asked him to report anyone parked there “illegally.” I explained clearly that I was not attending Friday prayers at the time, that I had already gone earlier in the day and used the masjid’s designated parking. I told him I was just pulled over to safely take a phone call. Despite that, he continued taking photos of my vehicle. I felt deeply stereotyped and disrespected — as if I was being unfairly targeted just because of who he thought I was or what he assumed I was doing. When I asked him to delete the photos, he ignored me and walked into the building using a key, clearly someone affiliated with the business. This is not how anyone should be treated — especially when they are inside their car and not interfering with anyone or anything. Extremely disappointing behavior and a disturbing experience overall.
So many options to get your project completed. Recently the creative workshop created a human ruler and it was perfect, accurate and a statement piece.
Had inquired about an engraved charcuterie board, the board was done within hours which I appreciated. When going to pick up board lots of confusion at the shop if I had paid + requesting an email confirmation . I had paid the day prior Via etransfer and no one had asked for my email so never received any kind of confirmation email. Attached is a picture of the board- the board is great quality just wish the engraving was more prominent, seems a little light to me and very hard to read.
I purchased this charcuterie board from John and had it personalized for a bridal shower gift. The finished product was fabulous! John was so accommodating and had it ready for me in 2 days! The gift was as success! Thank you
