Good quality windows and they did a nice job with the installation. Took a bit of time to receive them due to covid, and the estimated timelines on the delivery could have been communicated a bit better. But overall I am happy with the new windows.
Great company. Was super happy to find them after my horrible experience with Rona where I was waiting for my storm door almost a year!!. From the point of the first visit and quotation to a door installation there were less than 3 months !! Highly recommend it!
We moved in our house 10 years ago. The existing windows needed to be replaced. At the recommendation of our real estate agent, we went with rainbow windows. At first, the process went well. But as time progressed (5-8 years), we noticed that stronger winds would come through our windows when closed. Our neighbours were smokers and when they smoked outside, we could smell it inside our house. The past few years, some of our windows are now showing condensation on the inside even though they are supposed sealed double pane windows. The cause of this condensation is unknown and may be unrelated but I do know this did not happen in our previous when we had windows replaced. We have called a few times but we have not been able to have the issues resolved. I know that everything has a limit but I don’t feel that windows have a life of under 10 years given the cost.
We retained Rainbow W&D to replace the main and side door, sliding door and 5 windows. Vince was very professional, kind and honest since the first visit to provide a quote. He offered us the best for our needs and the price was very competitive. Jeff came home to do the installation and we have to say he was very professional and respectful while doing the work; Very clean and he did everything to make, not only an excellent work, but to make us happy as well. Vince then came back to do the QA/QC and sent Jeff back for minor adjustments. Thank you very much Rainbow W&D/Vince and Jeff for an exceptional work. We will for sure recommend you to our friends.
