After finding Ritual, I'll never go anywhere else in the Hamilton area for waxing. Their facials are also amazing. Christina, Jordyn and team are second to none.

After reviewing many different places I landed on ritual for my next choice for eyebrow tinting/lashes. From the very beginning I email Christina with my concerns,thought’s and needs and she was so kind and helpful in every way. I booked my appointment which was smooth with all of the choices as well Christina emailed me with open availability. The salon is beautiful, clean and inviting. Christina asked questions about what I wanted and my overall look. I told her about my concerns and she said she was up for the challenge. After everything was done I was overjoyed with the results. She accomplished everything I asked for and more. She even offered suggestions of what we can try at our next appointment. I will for sure become a long time customer for however long I live in the city. This is the place to go for all of your waxing, tinting, lashes and brow needs !
