I visited Jack Nathan Clinic today for my final dose of an immunity vaccine required for my placement medical form. I had already completed the first part of my vaccinations earlier, including the two TB doses, form filling, stamp fees, and visit fees, which cost me around $320 in total. When I returned today for the last dose, which the doctor specifically told me must be taken after one month, the receptionist told me I had to pay an additional $80. When I asked why, I was told, “Because you are coming after one month. If you had come within a week, you wouldn’t be charged.” This makes no sense because the vaccine itself requires a one-month waiting period. It’s impossible for me to come within a week if the medical guidelines say to return in a month. I could understand a fee if I had come very late (like after 40+ days), but charging another visit fee when I followed the exact timeline the doctor instructed felt unreasonable. On top of that, they only accept cash, which makes the situation even more uncomfortable for clients. If you don’t have a health card, please be aware — they will charge extra for almost everything, including visit fees, form fees, and more. The doctor was kind and professional, but the clinic policy and receptionist’s attitude were disappointing. Overall, I felt the clinic was more focused on charging extra rather than supporting patients who are simply following medical instructions. I hope they review their policies for fairness.
I had an amazing experience at the walk-in clinic! The process was incredibly quick, which is always a plus when you're not feeling your best. Dr. Sabeen was fantastic—she really took the time to listen to my concerns about my ear infection. It felt great to have a doctor who was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely interested in getting to the bottom of my issue. She went through a thorough investigation, ensuring I understood everything along the way. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a personal touch. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic if you’re in need of quick care with compassionate professionals. I couldn't put 5 stars for their late opening by 5 minutes.
It says the clinic is closed at 6pm on Friday’s. The door was literally locked around 4:50 pm and I called from the parking lot and the receptionist was literally sitting there not answering calls lol. Change your hours online, it’s wrong.
Very disappointed with this clinic. I called twice at 440pm today to check wait times. Both times it went to voice mail. I thought to just go straight to the clinic from daycare with my son and get there qith enough time to hopefully see a doctor. The site states closing at 6pm. I got there by 518pm. The front desk guy saw me standing outside with my son and refused to let me considering they are technically still open. I found this disrespectful and unfair. I was so disappointed by this man'd service. If you are open til 6pm you should allow people to still enter.
Whenever I go to this walk in clinic i always walk out feeling better, the staffs are amazing, Dr Sidak not sure if that’s how his name is spelled the fact is he’s more like my family Dr. The last time I went in I was feeling chest pain and something else and I remember telling him about the 2 reasons why I was there and immediately he said the other reason can wait he gave me a note and sent me straight to the hospital….this man showed the most respect to his patients, when I got to my family Dr. I always walk out feeling sad but when I see Dr Sidak I walk out feeling better and tbh even when I would see the other doctors who work there before him it was always the same but he’s on another level….and that’s why I gave him 5 ⭐️ he’s one in a million and i don’t care what anyone says
phone is NEVER answered, can’t booK ONLINE BECAUSE WEBSITE IS DEAD FOR 2 MONTHS NOW!your only actual option is to walk in and hope your family dr is there or see another after waiting for hours sometimes …
This is worst walk-in clinic I have ever been. I went their for a simple prescription renewal today and found they did not have a doctor their. Talked to the receptionist, horrible, absolutely horrible attitude. Very impolite, rude, and indifferent. That thin female receptionist did not even wasted her free time to answer my question even she was alone. Who would want to talk to such a rude person? Do your best to avoid this clinic. It is much worse than before.
