Honestly, I talked to Fox I was upset because I needed to buy a new stack. He was friendly helpful and he made my experience good while watching my pocket five stars.
Worst place to get shakes now. They expect people to buy shakes with ice cream in them. Sure why not.. u work your butt off at the gym to come there and consume 20g+ of sugar! Previous owner had the best consistency and healthy shakes. I hope the new owners implement 0g sugar shakes for ppl who wants them!
Staff is very friendly and egger to help. They give honest opinions on products to ensure the customer is provided with the best possible supplements. Highly recommend the limitless protein as it has an amazing flavour with a wide variety of options. Definitely try this store out! Goodlife members from specific locations get a discount (stonechurch and possibly upper james).

Used to go here before Linda took over, honestly, besides the business side of things, I come here just to make my day better by chatting with Linda ! She’s awesome, motivating, patient and the nicest human ! If I don’t go get my protein shake after my workout, I won’t have a good day. They don’t use any nasty yogurt or milk products, just water, ice and protein… surprising tastes better than those creamy yogurt they sell at Popeyes… for MORE MONEY. Highly recommend supporting this local business, you won’t regret it and will gain a lot of knowledge and experience from the staff. Chris is a personal trainer, he’s there on Sundays, he has insight on the greatest tips to get from a professional trainer. Anyways, if you don’t go to hercs on stonechurch, you are missing out. Ps, cookies and cream and the brown sugar shakes are the best tasting imo. ….Why you still reading this comment, just go get your pre workout from hercs (only stonechurch) and go kill it !
Met Derek, the new owner. He is friendly, and helpful, and really seems to know his stuff. This location has the best protein shakes I've ever tasted. Worth visiting if even to just try one of these! Hadn't visited Herc's in quite a while. If you want to talk to someone who care's about nutrition and your health and loves what she's doing go and talk to Linda. She's knowledgeable and will spend time with you...and she makes a fantastic shake! Glad I went back in...just regret I waited so long. Went into Herc's on Upper Ottawa looking for a product that they unfortunately were out of stock. Linda asked me a few questions and ended up talking with me for the better part of an hour. Not once, did she push any product, or try to make a sale. She obviously loves what she does, and truly wants to help customers meet their goals. Herc's has just become my new Supplement store thanks to her!
