My husband's family has been using this practice for years and I have been bringing my cat here since moving to Hamilton. The staff is amazing and our vet, Dr. Kate is just wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and understanding, and always provides as many options for care as possible.
Expensive! Charged $180 for two dogs (they came in for shots and other meds) my bill was $435 with medication which is fine but I feel $180 charged as their inspection fee ($90 each) over two dogs (5-10mins dedicated to each dog both brought into one appointment) is a bit over the top in my opinion. I also have never had the same vet twice.
After seeing great reviews we decided to try bringing our pets here after moving to Hamilton. We loved it! Our cat has a mystery illness and the vet and vet tech we saw were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, compassionate, and helpful. The front desk staff were also great! Plus their online store is super super handy. I feel confident saying that Blue Cross will become our regular vet.
We brought our two year old rescue in for an initial visit and to meet the vet. The clinic is clean and staff are friendly and invested in your pets health. We felt welcome and had our concerns regarding our dogs health acknowledged. We highly recommend BCAH and their excellent staff!
