I had a very bad experience with the staff at Auto Serum XPEL Hamilton — I called to ask about their services. But the staff I encountered were dismissive (they did not use a friendly tone and in general did not seem helpfull) and my impression was not welcoming. Customer service is vital part of any business and have no structural way to get it be disappointed that they are unprofessional and not polite with me. I wish them well in improving their method of dealing with prospective clients.
I am thrilled with my services at AutoSerum Hamilton! Ahmad is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a new Mazda CX-90 PHEV GT and got the full treatment. :) Full ceramic coating on the exterior and interior. Which is needed to protect the paint and white Nappa leather. Plus, I got the UV-blocking tint on windows, and kids cool in the sun and heat. Now the water beads off when I wash! They provided incredible service and worked with my tight timeline, and Ahmad actually worked through the long weekend to accommodate me. The pricing was very competitive, and the workmanship was excellent. I will be going back to get my wife's vehicle done there!
