A horrible experience turned amazingly awesome! After running all my errands today my car started making a weird noise. I took it to my regular mechanic who is located beside JD Tires. My anxiety was super high so I didn’t even notice the Jd Tires customers only sign on the door, which I should have and parked in a different parking space. My keys were already in the drop box when the guy came out and starting telling me that I can’t park there and it’s for his customers only. I started stressing thinking he was going to have my car towed if I didn’t move. My husband could t find the spare key and the owners of Laz could not get there right away. After waiting for 20 minutes one of the Laz owners showed up and gave me my keys and said they would not be able to assist me with my vehicle because they were too swamped already. I took it somewhere else. Before writing this review I called the guy I encountered earlier at JD tires. I am so happy that I did. I told him that how he had spoken to me had made me cry and that the situation had stressed me out. He said he was reallybsorryvthatvhebdis that to me and that he was having a stressful day too. We talked for a good 15 minutes and apologized profusely to eachother trying to make eachother feel better. He even offered to send me flowers to make me feel better because he felt terrible for making me cry. I am so happy that we resolved the unnecessary negativity between us. When I got off the phone with him I had a smile on my face like I had a really enjoyable conversation. Such a nice guy. I have nothing bad to say about him. I’m just glad I called him before writing this review.
I recently got my winter tires from JD Tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The price was fantastic, and the service was even better. Jerry, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely great to deal with. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was well taken care of. Jerry!!! We went for a tire swap today. Jerry is very passionate on what he does and he doesn't hesitate to share what he knows. We weren't aware of how to buy tires. He did a great job by telling us exactly what we should know. And he finished the tire swap job very swiftly. He is very clear and well knowledged in his subject. He explained my opinion and was able to install the set of 4 immediately. Then wrapped up the set of 4 that he took off to take home with me. Very personable and was a pleasure meeting him. Called in about a set of tires and got me in on the same day and installed within an hour. Basically brand new take offs with install ran at about 2/3rds that buying just the tires from wholesale would - can't beat that and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Jerry
Jerry is a decent human being. Had him work on my painted rims that nobody would commit to do because of the risk of scratching the rims. He did the job with extra care and with zero issues. Will use him in the future for my tire needs.
