I woke up with a dead battery. These guys arrived in about 30 minutes. Very friendly. Back on the road in less than an hour from when I made the first phone call.
These guys are running a SCAM on stranded trailers. Avoid them at all costs. They will leave you hanging for hours after telling you they are on the way. Then promise to repair the problem, but they need to go get parts of my to return with enough to patch the problem. Then they want you to leave your trailer in their yard overnight and fix it in the morning. The price changes, goes up with every delay. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Very unprofessional service I felt like I got scammed. Charge before work finish and even though clear instructions of do not go out of budget he went out of budget. Hold the truck for 1 and half day.. If you can avoid..avoid them.
Well hello everyone just a heads up. Do not call these guys for road service. Hatman Bath is the owner and he will take your visa card before sending the guy and then will charge you whatever he like. We called him on 23-10-24 for a starter job this guy came replaced but truck was still not starting. Then he jumped start the truck and told my driver not to shut off all night. Then he invoiced me 1630.03 and charged my visa for 1661.82 when i called him he didn’t pickup the fone and said in txt its 2% visa fee where i told him in the beginning that i will etransfer the money. Very bad experience next day i took the truck to my regular mechanic shop where they found that the starter wires were loose and relay didn’t hv wire terminal. What a waste of time and money calling this guy for seevice.
Not recommended at all. This guy Harman Bath is not professional at all my driver called him on 23 Oct, in Hamilton for truck not starting issue he said if we give him visa card he can send the guy in 20 min. So my driver called me and I talk to this guy and give him my Visa number he said his guy will be there in 20 min well his guy reached in about 50 min, he tried and couldn’t start the truck and and said its the starter and needs to be replaced. I said ok this guy Harman Bath said he will charge extra money as its night time (around 8:30-9ish pm) well he changed the starter but truck still didn’t start. Then he jump start the teuck and said to my driver that he shouldn’t shut if off. Well anyway my driver kept the truck running all night. This guy send me the invoice for 1630.03 but charge my visa for $1661.82. When i called him he didn’t pick up the call next day and replied on txt that its 2% visa charge where i told him that do jot charge my visa will send you etransfer. But no he wants to cheat so he did. This was my experience with his guy. Do not fall for his lies rest is your choice. Another thing he my driver to gave him reviews before even he finished the job and gave him all starts he wants to give ? do not understand what this kind of people think that how much money they can save by cheating customers. Very bad experience.
Please avoid this mechanic they don't care about your time, so slow and they have no senior Mechanic they will kill your time and at the end you will not be happey with their work.
