Went to Action today with a problem with my bug deflector on my Chev Equinox. The deflector was vibrating at higher speeds. The young fellow cleaned up the dirt and stuck the deflector down. Great service. Thank you

Hello everyone, this place is fantastic, lots of great deals, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job with my running boards . I will definitely be going back in the future for my accessories as I need them.

I had a problem with my tilt cap not closing properly andihad to go on the 403. I asked if they could help and without a second thought the guys took care of the damaged parts and had me back on the road and back to work in about 15 minutes. To top it all off they would not take anything for the help that the guys provided to me. So this reveiw is from a grateful old guy that u men helped get back to work asap. Your actions are a lesson to those in your industry that a little bit of care for those that need it goes a long way. Thank you gentlemen for restoring my faith in the kindness of some strangers.thank you again. Mike Rivard

Went to go pick up my legitimate invoice that took weeks to ask for. And when I left they tried to intimidate me with three little girls standing at the door. Intimidation tactics down work when you aren't intimidating in the slightest lol. Good luck to anyone who goes here

I purchased a set of wheels in 2020 from Action for my 2014 cadillac Srx. The set cost me about $2800. I had issues with air pressure sensors and balancing since the wheels were put on. Here is my experience. I spoke to the service reps a couple times before I made my purchase. When I went to install the wheels I realized my stock lug nuts wouldn’t work, which I didnt think of before hand, so I called them and they said they had to order them. I wasn’t informed i needed new lug nuts but whatever, no big deal. So when I get the new nuts and get the wheels on I find out the pressure sensors aren’t working. Had to make an appointment to replace one of the sensors. Also the wheels weren’t balanced correctly because the car was bouncing and shaking. Drove around bouncing and no pressure sensors for 2 weeks. So i went and got the sensor fixed. Had to wait outside For 2 hours because of Covid restrictions. Made another appointment to fix balancing issue 2 weeks later. Same thing but had to wait outside for almost 3 hours. Left there and still had bouncing and shaking. Called and was told would have to wait another 2 weeks, I said I cant drive like that for 2 weeks and they offered to “let me go” somewhere else. I went to John Bear Cadillac and they informed me the wheels weren’t balanced and that they had trouble getting them balanced. Some tires passed but still had higher road force than normal. They also could not get my air pressure sensors to reset. When I left there the car was still bouncing and I had the copies of the road force to show Action They took the copy of the worst tire and said they would try to get it warrantied. I decided i would take off the worst wheel and put one of my stock wheels back on and try it. Still bouncing. I then took all the new wheels off and put my stock wheels on. No bouncing. I believe that just replacing that one tire would not have fixed the problem as the tire they were going to warranty was only a few pounds more than one of the other tires. I went back to Action and they tried to reset the sensors with no success and said they would refund the sensors because they have been a pain since day 1 and I could buy GM ones. After all this I decided I would contact Action customer service because I was becoming frustrated. Then I received a call from the guy who works the counter at Action Hamilton who told me “If I just had some patience” they would sort it out. I felt I had lots of patience up until then. I told Them I had tried the wheels with the worst one off and it was still bouncy and I didn’t want the tires. They came back and said they would refund the tires if I bought new tires at regular price and paid for balancing and installation. My other option was to keep them and get the 1 tire warrantied. I didnt feel this was acceptable after all the trouble and frustration and money and hours wasted. I brought the wheels down and spoke with the manager and told him what was happening. He got back to me the next day and said they would refund me for the tires not the install price. So after all the trouble I went through thats more money out of my pocket. This had been ongoing for months. I went and picked up the rims and they have scratches on them from being put on and off and handling during balancing and all that. At the end of the day I had scratched rims but no tires. Here I come to find out that I needed center sleeves for the bore of the rims to match my hubs. I only discovered this 5 years later when I went to sell the rims and the guy that bought them informed me they were necessary. Just because a place looks professional doesn’t mean they have a clue what they are doing.
