I had an unusual request for help in re-mounting an item that I had custom made for a friend. They did a great job in fixing it (it wasn't their fault that it got broken) and it was fixed in just one day. The service was very pleasant and I was very happy with the end result. In addition, a year earlier I had come in with a question about how to create this custom made item and they came up with a great suggestion, even though it meant that the work would not go to them.
