Carol was very helpful arranging an extended family of 13, some coming from different locations and even different dates. She emailed me late one night about one family that I thought had not yet been confirmed to assure me that they were indeed booked. When we thought the space was full for 9 days instead of 7 days, she was able to procure space for those extra days so Grandma could be there for the whole time that various family members were coming and going. The prices were the same as dealing directly with Air Transat and our conversations were much more pleasant.

She even called back to verify that we would receive an offered promotion. She emailed us contact info in case we had any questions or concerns. I will definitely book through her again.
