clean , no line ups .Buses on time. plenty of benches to sit. a smsll variety and snack shop. and the staff were polite.

Horrible service. I got off the bus in Hamilton because I needed to return back to Toronto where I had just come from and the woman who was working at 11pm would not give me the ticket to go home because it didnt say Toronto but it said union. Which is Toronto. She was extremely rude. I wasted another amount of fare just to go back where I came from. She was a b*tch and should be fired. Terrible. I will never take the Go ever again.

This day and age it should be illegal to build a public building, especially one that often has lots of people waiting around in it, without any power outlets. It took me some creative measures to find an outlet behind one of the information monitors to charge my mobile device while I waited for the next bus. This is not just a matter of convenience or courtesy, it is about safety. People need to be able to stay connected with family and friends. What if they missed a bus or train or they need to inform someone of a schedule change and they can't charge their phones? Fix this!! Also, how come the trains stop at Aldershot? Would it really cost that much more to come to Hamilton? It's ridiculous that Burlington has hourly train service into the evening yet Hamilton doesn't? Makes zero sense.

Great service but I needed a drink.. I look down I'm like sweet ill get an arizona... the convenience store in the Station was like $4... I needed a drink and feel really stupid for paying it... like how do you figure charging $4 for arizona.. is it because I was wearing my Toronto shirt... completely nuts

I like it. Convenient location. Plus its greyhound terminal even tho they closing end of month ...
