I had an amazing experience at this tile store and was truly impressed by the level of service. Melissa helped me throughout the entire process, and she was absolutely lovely. She assisted me with everything—from selecting the floor tiles to the shower wall tiles, shower floor tiles, and all of the small but important details needed for my bathroom. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I shared my vision board with her, and she did such a great job helping me choose products that really bring my vision to life. I’m beyond happy with the selections and so excited to see everything come together. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for great products and outstanding, personalized service.
I was fortunate to find three talented associates here: Cathie, Melissa, and Hannah. Each played a role in turning my preferences, and vision into a set of tiles that I love. All three are very talented, and a pleasure to work with! I found a tile here from Italy, the anchor for my design, that feels like it was taken from the shoreline of a beach. It is textured like sand, and smooth stones. Awesome!
Very disappointed the the sales staff had very very limited knowledge on asscessories. As in threshold type and products. I will not return for anything. If you are going to have someone at the counter maybe some product training would be useful.
This place is amazing! Impressively clean, bright and organized. everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The show room staff here are so helpful and so knowledgable, from the minute you walk into the door until you go pick up your order. All the staff at the order desk are so patient and knowledgable! If you’re looking for a great selection of flooring or backsplash etc. this is the place to come! Highly recommended!
I have an amazing experience at Centura, Hamilton location every time I go here! I come all the way from Hagersville because I know I can rely on the services here! Melissa was so kind and helpful with picking out exactly what I needed, and Mark was so kind, generous and patient with me as I was checking out (with a 3 month old in tow)! Will continue to be a returning customer here, worth the drive!
There are a lot of staff in this small showroom. Most tile is not in stock in Hamilton so you have to wait for it to come from Toronto or another locations. Staff will let you browse and were not overly helpful. The person who kept suggesting options to us said everything was beautiful. I was looking for recommendations on the pros and cons and did not find what I was looking for.
They say they are open till 7pm on Thursday go in at 4:53pm to get grout and they won't sell cuz everyone is gone. Fantastic because i wasted my time and gas to get here for nothing. Should not have 7pm on web site if you can't get products. The showroom is open till 7pm.
