Why do they keep closing early and no one is maintaining the voicemail. It seems this store is extremely poorly run as it is 4:30pm and business hours is 6pm
I lost my phone in a cab and the person that found it brought it to Koodo in Jackson Square ( thank you to that person ) , they texted a friend of mine because I dont lock my phone. I picked up the phone and in hindsight noticed something different about it . Now that I am at home I noticed that they switched the phone case with a much cheaper one. Basically this is theft but I guess all they will have to say is this is how it was dropped off . Weird that this case is brand new though !!!!

The person working was incredibly nice, but because he is by himself, it took a while to get assistance, and kept getting interrupted with other customers. Having Telus in the mall is not a good idea. I needed help with transferring data from my old iPhone to the new iPhone. I have been waiting 5 hours in store to transfer data, which is ridiculous. I’ve had iPhones forever and have never had to wait like this.
They don't care about their customers any more. I have been a customer for over 16 years and they don't care to resolve a very simple issue. The one girl literally told me I can cancel if I want to when I mentioned it. Will be switching companies in the near future. The actual service also sucks, horribly slow and lags all the times.
I'm a first time phone owner and am not satisfied with the phone or the customer service experience. I asked for the most basic plan with minimal data, no more than $60 a month and am now being charged $80 a month for a phone I barely even use! Nothing was explained, no instructions given. I shouldn't have to watch 10 youtube videos to figure out how the phone works! Not impressed, trying to cancel over the phone, but facing nothing but long wait times. Edit: You can call Koodo directly and they will offer you loyalty programs not available in store. This is really shady and all consumers need to be aware of this. You can get a low 6G data plan for $35. This is not available in the store but it should be. Wake up everyone! Phone companies are ripping you off!
