The store is well organized, beautifully displayed, and full of energy. My parents loved the smell of the fresh aromas emitting from the store ? The assortment of teas is impressive. Anything tea related, they have it. The staff clearly enjoy what they do, and it shows in how they explain the blends and interact with customers. Their tea speaks for itself with quality and variety that stand out. Overall, it is a welcoming and enjoyable place to shop for tea, and the atmosphere makes the visit even better.
I had such a wonderful experience at David’s Tea! The store smelled amazing the moment I walked in, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick teas based on what I like, and everything tasted so fresh and high quality. I’ll definitely be going back to explore more flavours!
Went to purchase some tea for my wife and I was told they do not accept cash. They told me to go to another store and buy a gift card and come back. Cash is still the best currency and I will not support any brand that does not take cash. I don't want to hear from David's tea on my review about the rediculous view that as a company they decided to stop taking cash. That's fine because as a consumer I have decided to stop spending my money/cash at your store.
I placed a large order on Sept 19. On Sept 24 I received an email saying my order is delayed. There is no indication on how long it is delayed for. I called customer service today September 28, 2022 to find out how long my order is delayed for. They told me that my order was delivered on Sept 23, 2022. I did not receive my order and why would they email me on Sept 24 telling me the order is delayed if it was already delivered? They are refusing to cancel my order. They already have my money but are not delivering my tea. Warning for everyone out there, this company is a scam.
Jamie was absolutely fabulous. I received a milk frother for my birthday that I had issue with. She quickly called the store manager and was able to replace my item. Thank you for your amazing customer service! I will be back!
Those workers are horrible. I could not shop in peace. Brought my 10 year old daughter to get a cup and one of the worker came right beside me thinking we are stealing. 30 bucks may be 2 hours for her. While its peanut for me who is a nurse. She was opening cups beside me ect. Just weired things.... this is what makes me angry.
Great products, poor CS. Seemed my entering the store was interrupting the staff conversation... actually it didn't because they ignored me. Finally when several others came in they decided to say hello. Not friendly, not helpful.
