Possibly a good company, but when they don't respond to emails for quotations, then I gotta go elsewhere. Sorry! Unfortunately you've lost 100 shirt order. Maybe next time.
TERRIBLE experience! We put in an order on Wednesday for a T-shirt which was planned as a birthday gift for the weekend. I provided an example of what I wanted, paid in full immedy and then made arrangements for pick up. Despite the company being called "Next day t-shirts" the earliest available pick up time was Friday. We agreed to a 1pm pick up and I confirmed twice, explaining that I had a meeting at 2:15 in Burlington. I arrived to pick the shirt up at 1:40 and was told that they were still working on the mock up of the shirt. It hadn't even been started. She gave me a line about only receiving the example a few minutes earlier, perhaps she thought she had spoken to someone else on Wednesday, but as I was the person who placed the order AND sent the example, I knew I had sent it straight away. I also knew that we had firmly agreed upon a pick up time and that she was aware of my meeting. I left to pick up my husband to give them more time to complete the shirt. When we returned 10 minutes later, my husband went in and found that they were not even working on the order. She lied again, saying she had only receive the example image 2 minutes earlier, and then made a fuss about apparently not knowing I had a meeting and it being difficult to print on a dark grey t-shirt, so it wasn't reasonable that I would expect it done two days after the initial order. Long and Short, the shirt looks okay, and they DID give me a refund for the trouble, but honestly, the whole experience was awful and it isn't worth it to me to give them anymore business.
