my boyfriend and i came in today for some shoes the young lady helping us out i believe her name was raz was AMAZING i asked her for so many different sizes and different shoes from the back she was so pleasant considering i was being a pain 10/10 employee she definitely has costumer service down!!
Went to the mall to look at NB 9060. This spot had the colourway I was interested in and when I asked to try them on an employee said they don't really stock that size. Size 9 is one of the most common women's shoe sizes in North America... Never been to this store so maybe their specialty is petite shoe sizes only but it's not the vibe it gives at all.
The delivery was very fast. The website said the pair of shoes would arrive in 5–7 days, but in reality they arrived in just 3. However, the box was torn, with a piece missing in the most visible spot, and one shoe was nicely packed while the other looked like it was just thrown in from the display shelf. They didn’t even bother to make it look good. If I’m paying money, I expect to receive new shoes, not used or display ones.
The worst place ever, always when it’s on sale they scan the original barcode NOT the sale barcode, very rude customer service, I was a Regular customer here but not any more
Was there today mark and everyone who was working today were amazing. Truly a great group of workers and always a pleasure love my new sweater. Thank you for going above and beyond and making my daughter smile :)
