Ordered the western bowl. The meat smelled bad and the avocados were so unripe and hard could not eat them. I did not enjoy this place and won't go back.
Tonight was my first time at the establishment and I enjoyed myself. I feel so bad I can't remember our servers name but she was amazing. She had the best attitude.
Food was good. But I noticed that the female staff were giving much more attention to my men, while I was barely acknowledged. She didn’t even asked me I need anything else, just my boyfriend. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, as the staff seemed more focused on smiling at and entertaining the male guests rather than providing equal service to everyone. I hope management can address this so all customers feel respected and valued.
We had a great time at Shoeless Joe’s overall. The vibe was perfect for a sports bar — good energy, nice lighting, and a fun atmosphere to watch the fights. Our server was fantastic and really added to the experience. The food was solid too; we had the full rack of ribs with coleslaw and fries, and the drinks were well made and reasonably priced. The only major downside was that when the main UFC card started at 10 PM, there was no commentary audio. They played music instead, which took away from the excitement of watching the fights. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and would come back, especially if the audio issue gets fixed.
Grateful to Shoeless Joe's for accommodating our youth hockey team dinner on Oct 10. 37 people (kids and adults) all enjoyed the food, plenty of TVs for sports, and a pleasant service staff. Thank you Shoeless Joes!
Been coming here for every UFC event, the service has been great and the food tastes good, but they definitely skimp on the portion size for most meals, especially for the prices they charge. It’s 18.99 for a ‘pound’ of wings and you only get 8 small wings. They taste great but other sports bars have similar or better quality and they charge you less and their pound of wings is 10 wings. My friends and I were fine with this since they showed the UFC cards for free, but with the recent change to charging $10 cover fee to just enter the bar for these events, it’s no longer justifiable to skimp on the portion sizes. Keep the cover charge if you need to, but people shouldn’t be ordering an entree and still be hungry after. Lower the price or increase the size to the industry standard.
After being seated our sever promptly came over and took our drink order, after waiting 30 minutes after that we ended up leaving and the drinks weren’t even on the bar. I would also like to add that a table that was sat in the same section 20 minutes later got their drinks before us. Edit: I don’t know how to reply, but if you ask the manager working last Saturday, he would know because we spoke to him before we left without as much of an apology.
