Came to UPS to return an item back to Amazon. Unfortunately my label did not print correctly at home. Ravneet went above and beyond to help reprint the label to save me money and time having to reprint the label.
Employee was very helpful, and went out of his way to help me out. Amazon's instructions are not clear, but he may it all work out for me. Thanks again!
5 star shout out to Kayla! Very helpful when i had to return a heavy package. The pieces were heavy wood that i had in my car. She told me to put all of the wood in a grocery cart from the parking lot and push the buggy into the UPS store. What a great idea. If not I would have made many trips back and forth to my car to bring them into the store. Kayla allowed me to fill the box with the wood in the back of the store and then she helped me tape up the box. It is so hard to find good customer service now so I am glad I went to the UPS store in Walmart.
We come to this location at least once a week for speciality printing. We specifically ask for/work with Navreet as she is very knowledgeable on the process of the sizing we need. She is kind, friendly and her customer service is amazing. We will continue to use this location for our printing needs.
I wanted to give this store a good rating. I have used their services with Ravneet for about 9 months. They know a typical need to print quality. I could tell something odd was going on because they started to get very smart and slick first offering me coupons for stuff I never asked then they don't show up. Then today it got really weird as the newer lady was getting very mad about me interrupting her summer vacation. Ive never seen a store look like they want to close more! While Ive been sympathetic to people who are learning English before there has to be more respect to the customer. Who is going to wait 20 minutes at 11 AM here? There was all attitude and they know it. Don't call the customer who is literally working and can't do your job for you! Wow! I am willing to bet the people who don't want the new hires to have any knowledge to advance, they cower behind them. You're lucky I gave you any business before. Never coming back here! As someone who has had business that employed UPS STORE my advice is to time how long it take you once you ask for one job here and see how long it takes. They will likely say there was something wrong and they don't know how to describe a file even. You all need God in your life badly.
Went here because I needed passport photos for my 10 month old. When I was told the price for it I was shocked. $30 to take photos of a baby. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place for photos at all. I took the photos at Henry's camera store where it was much cheaper. Just outrageous for UPS to charge infant photos more than adults.
We took a couple of VISA photos. I was not able to upload to the Visa application. Ravneet has been so patient with us. Being seniors, we are not good with the computer operations. I took my computer to the store. Ravneet fixed the problem for us. Over the phone & in person, she had been so kind to us. Thank you Ravneet!
