Amazing Service from Jen at UPS! Jen is absolutely incredible. She took care of all my shipping labels, handled everything quickly and perfectly, and still managed to assist other clients at the same time. Her multitasking skills are unbelievable, and she truly goes above and beyond for everyone. Everyone in the store was grateful for her help. She is professional, efficient, and genuinely wonderful. UPS is lucky to have her! Highly recommend her service!
Thank you Stephanie!!! I've b een visiting Stephanie (& Jen) quite a few times over the last few weeks to get printouts, photocopies and labels printed. These ladies are always friendly, helpful & very patient (sometimes I get a lot of copies and have to sort and organize stuff before I make my next request). I highly recommend coming to this UPS Store!
The 2 ladies at the counter as well as the owner are top notch people whose customer service skills at SECOND TO NONE! It is always a pleasure to have work done at their store!!!!
UPS lost an overnight package needed for my flight from Calgary. Reached their customer service multiple times the same day but can't get a reliable update since they only told you what's in the app. Called the store before closing only to be told that the package was mishandled. For this reason, I have to stay an additional night to wait for another package to get me through a flight the next day. If we didn't make an effort to track the original package nobody would've contacted us. Also emailed the store for explanation but got no reply. The overnight package that they've lost also took 13 days to get returned. Please be more responsive to your customers on this kind of cases.
Very unprofessional staff, looks like in labor camp super unhappy. I had medium box packed and ready to ship to USA with labels printed only thing was box not sealed just in case they need to see items I’m shipping. Lady that helping me in very mean way told me that if box not sealed I have to pay for packing service. I thanked her and left to other UPS store.
This is an awesome UPS store that is a great part of the community. Jeffrey had been patient with our different individual requests and skillful to satisfy each of us. Thank you for the great job!
Very friendly and accommodating with my pick ups or returns. Much more so than the location on 35 Stone Church in Ancaster that I found is the opposite feel altogether.
