I went to the Upper Gage UPS location to return a package and was shocked when the agent told me it costs 50 cents to print the label after the fact he already printed my label.. I’ve been to the Stone Church location before and was never charged for this service. I only went here because it’s closer to home, but I’ll gladly drive farther for better customer service. Never returning to this location again.

She was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. I needed to process a return, and she explained everything clearly, including how to pack the items so I wouldn’t have to pay extra fees. I had the pleasure of being served by Stephen. He is polite, patient and knowledgeable. Knows what he is doing and saved me almost $150 in sending a package to an international destination. Utmost professional and excellent customer service. I live fairly close, so I will be using this location in the future.
I’ve gotten labels and business cards printed here on multiple occasions, Stephen always goes above and beyond to get these large print jobs done (even when it’s past closing time). Some issues with DHL and Ups communication, DHL will tell me you to pick it up at this store, then I'll go to the store and it's not there..and on top of that my package was delivered to the wrong doorstep one time when I specifically instructed the package to be picked up from this service point location. no one knows how this happend..anyways I'm just happy I got my packages today so I changed my review a bit..
Great service! Had to send very important papers to an address that was longer than the space provided on the UPS forms. Stephen wasn't fazed and provided a work around. The papers arrived as scheduled and everyone was happy. I highly recommend this location!!!
