Such a great experience today thanks to Louie. He went above and beyond to help us ship a Christmas package and made everything easy and stress-free. His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out and made our day.
Package arrived safely on time. Pricing seems a bit too high. The 'guy' could work on being being a bit more charming rather than too rushed and focused all the time. May be more front desk staff is a better option tpp.
This guy who runs the store is genuinely a scammer. Never come to this store. I asked for a printout the other day and he charged me $6 for 3 pages and gave me an envelope even tho I never asked for it. I come back here again today and he’s charging me $5 for 3 pages again. When I questioned him he says we charge per page, and there are only 3 pages and yet he insists it’s $5.
Louie Okundaye the owner of this Stoney Creek location wanted to charge me $3.00 to print a UPS return slip, I left! UPS should revoke his privilege of ownership.
Had the worst experience with the owner of this location. He has no customer service skills. Very unprofessional and lacks knowledge of the workings of the UPS service. Filing a formal complaint with UPS about him.
I would like to start this review with a kind gentleman, his name Louis, this man could not help me enough with my package, I have never used ups before , as I said Louis was a God send , I'm trying to send a quilt ladder build from wood to new brunswick canada , he gave me rough estimates on pricing as I didn't have exact sizing, he was extremely helpful with boxes and tape bought at the store , ups has an employee that probley doesn't get enough gratitude as most employers don't, I highly express my appreciation to Louis for all his help , grays rd and barton location
Terrible service! I cancelled an order with seller and the pkg arrived at my door. UPS delivery person told me I could refuse package. I signed and he left with package. It’s been 7 months and I am still being billed for a pkg I never received. UPS has not returned pkg to seller and now has sent me to collections agency for a pkg I never accepted.
