My experience was great. My iPhone case was replaced with no problem and the service was excellent I was assisted with my case and came away a happy customer.
I got a screen protector for my edge phone. It only lasted for a week. I went back to the store and met the manager. He said that there is no warranty on this product and that it is expected to come off because of my curved screen model. He said maximum he can do is a discount on a new one. I left unsatisfied since if they know their product is not good why to sell it in the first place. Also no warning was given upon the initial purchase either.
I called to exchange headphones as my husband made arrangements with the manager of the store. The manager was rude on the phone to me but as soon as my husband spoke he suddenly remembered. Then we went into the store, and 3 indian employees acknowledged my husband but ignored me. I felt very disrespected. Poor customer service. If you are not happy with the product, there are no refunds. It is an Indian company that supplies products from China. If we could give them a minus 10, we would. My husband did not like how they treated me, and we regret buying there. My husband wanted to open the package to make sure it is in good condition as there is no refund, and they mocked him. So rude. We are not happy with the product or the service. We will never buy from Wireless + again. Buyers beware.
Charging cable did not work with my phone, refused refund because it worked with his own phone but not mine. Refused to give contact information for a manager/owner.
This guy did a great job he 1 not only had a screen protector for my brand new iPad that few other stores had the screen protector for but also offered to install it at no additional cost I will note he had half the cost of Best Buy and no bubbles on the screen yay
