Unprofessional and unethical. Had Ms. Marsales and Sarit Zalter represent the sale of my home. They were secretive, uncooperative, did not properly or accurately market my home (ex: terrible photos were posted on MLS, no other marketing support) nor did they keep the home in showing condition, they chased the market with their poor pricing strategy and couldn't close a deal to save their lives. It was a disaster, resulting in my house sitting on the market for over 8 months and a 200k + financial hit. These people do not know what they are doing and I highly advise home buyers and sellers to stay away from this brokerage company. My experience was a complete disaster.
