I stepped in 30 mins before store closing, to get two same day photos, and get those laminated as the other store's laminating machine was OOO. Exceptional service was provided by Two associates Manny and Chloe, even when they had a terrible day behind them. Not only they were willing to do the task, they did it with smile, cheerful face, and happy to help attitude which forced me to write this review. When I asked them how their day was, they mentioned, they had to deal with a difficult customer a little while ago. But that did not affect their dedication and level of service. Kudos to them!! There were two other gents I met while leaving the store who also had smiles, even though I was a couple minutes past the store's operating hours. Experiences like these, would make a customer drive across the town!

Courtney was a huge help! I ordered same day printing for my daughter's birthday and realized that the colors were off and it had blank lines across. I called asking if it was possible to fix. Turns out the printer broke. Courtney asked me which Staples was closest to her and I told her Rymal. She made some calls and told me she would call me back. A few minutes later she called back and told me it is printing now. I got to the Rymal Staples and it was PERFECT. So grateful for Courtney and how she went above and beyond! ❤️

I used self service copier and found economical, great quality. Scan of 17 x 11 size, associate gone extra mile to improve the quality. Great experience at this store.
