Placed an online order for pick up, and was cancelled - went in store and they had the item a few isles right across from the workers, no reason to cancel it. PLUS it was $7 more expensive in store, and have to wait 7-10 business days OR a full billing cycle for my refund. Would not recommend at all! Oh just to add once it finally refunded, suddenly 8 days later they charged me for this again, even though the online order was cancelled. Now I have to call or chat again and waste my time AGAIN. Not happy and will never purchase from them in-store and especially online ever!

Went to the limeridge location after searching for over an hour for a dress to be a wedding guest. When I came in I was helped by a super sweet and pretty woman, I unfortunately forgot her name im so sorry ??? but the service was amazing she found me the perfect dress and made sure it was a comfortable fit. Also I love how the changeroom has a fan lol all stores should have those… thanks so much for the great experience the staff was so amazing
I went to the Limeridge location earlier, and I'm incredibly happy with the experience. The staff were very nice and helpful, and I found a really cute dress on clearance. I'll gladly be going back in the future :)
I was in the Limeridge location today and had exceptional service! Agnes helped me with bra sizing. She was absolutely phenomenal! Super friendly and made me feel so comfortable! 5 stars for this store and their staff, especially Agnes!!
I love Torrid for thier jeans as a curvy gal, but as many have already said, the customer service here is terrible. Very unfriendly staff who are rude and seem bothered to do the job which they are being paid to do! DO BETTER!
The ladies are always super helpful and fun. The prices are on the high side, however you get what you pay for and the quality and styles are always excellent. Lots to see and choose from, great sales and some summer stock already coming in. I am disappointed because I couldn't take advantage of the clearance sale (buy 1 get 2 free) right now as they didn't have much in my size. Ladies, go check it out! Even if you're just browsing, you're likely going to find something perfect for you!!
