I come here for massage therapy. I absolutely love it! I suffer from lower back, shoulder and hip pain. Petar the massage therapist really knows what he's doing and always makes sure to talk to you about your concerns before starting his treatment. Always a very pleasant experience.

I have been a customer of the other clinic in the area. I called this clinic looking for the staff at this other clinic from Google. They are intentionally using the name of the other clinic on the Google search to draw customers from the other business' good and reputable name.Thanks for the update below, but being in IT and understand how Google works. I believe your statements below are not 100% accurate and can see your ads use the words waterdown physio to drawn in the other customers.
This review is based on my experience being treated by Katherine Dawson. To sum it up, it only took her 20 minutes to do the initial physiotherapy assessment that cost $85. She wasn't very thorough and she doesn't seem interested. I've seen physiotherapists before and it took them an hour to do an initial assessment for the same price. I don't recommend her. Very unprofessional.
The staff here are all so friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable place that's OHIP covered!
