Absolutely not! Jeannie is not transparent in answering questions, is dismissive and unprofessional. As a person with disabilities and a service dog. Jeannie not only refused to answer questions about her training, her services that the public have a right to ask and know as different organizations have different standards. Instead Jeannie said to find another dog walker. This is not equal service. This is discrimination.
I'm so upset to be completely honest. I originally had brought my Senior dog to see Jeannie only one time. I can not tell you how much I had appreciated the visit that one time. Basically at first I believed l that I would be essentially establishing a regular basis grooming arrangement. So after email messages were sent back and forth trying to arrange a convenient time to return. I was told basically once my dog was treated for his ear infection she would then see him . However the first time she had seen him it was just after treatment. Which possed no issues as he was medicated. Which again he would be meeting medicated once again. There was only one vet advice was to not have water go into the canel. Which was successful. Long and Short of this is that I was trying to arrange grooming all summer long for my long haired dog that basically could have been seen by someone else. But I was under the impression that she and I would be working towards consistency. No consideration has been taken in regards to my dog that basically can not see where he is walking he's confused as a result. How can you not feel for this little guy ... It's troubling enough with the arthritis, and having to be taken out several times throughout the night can and has been so challenging and unfair to him to say the very least. And now with no response from my email which I had been waiting for so that my dog would not have to continue to wait longer. This has gone on for longer then it should have. As well considering that his first visit was sufficient, appreciated but nothing more then convenient at the time. So much sadness that this poor guy has been going through. Regardless of him being a senior dog . He has always been playful and interested in just that Playtime and walks . Now I can hardly get him to the front lawn 5-10 feet from the door. I can't even imagine really other then his actions how he truly feels. Getting lost and confused in his own home as a result of this .. MLD .. PET SERVICES.. Wow!! How absolutely pathetic what a misrepresentation and poorly chosen business name ...
Jeannie is good with our dog Kiva. Kiva's nervous in different situations and Jeannie is so patient with her. Kiva always comes back with silky fur, any matts have been removed and she smells so good ! Jeannie is a true professional ! We highly recommend her business! Charlie and Carol Vizzini
I can’t say enough good things about “Must Love Dogs”! And Jeannie! From the moment she arrived, I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in such loving and capable hands. They were not only reliable and professional, but also truly kind and attentive—making sure my pups got outside time, lots of love, and the kind of care only a true dog person can give. It’s always nerve-wracking to trust someone with your fur babies, but I genuinely felt they were treated like family. I’m so grateful and will absolutely be using her again and again as well as telling anyone who mentions they need help. Highly, highly recommend! ?❤️
My previous dog groomer had some family issues she needed to attend to and my senior Shih Tzu “Tank” was in dire need of a groom. I found Jeannie through a Facebook Marketplace ad and sent a message. She was so flexible with my work schedule and got Tank in right away. Tank doesn’t like the whole grooming process and is very anxious. Jeannie was INCREDIBLE. She was in contact with me the whole visit, even sent pictures! My little old man has glaucoma and has been having issues with one eye, she was so accommodating to his needs. Even spent some time cuddling him to ease his anxiety. Tank received Double blueberry facial, Double blueberry soak, Açai conditioner soak, Hand dry (no cages), Full style nose to tail with nails clipped and ears cleaned , put choice of cologne and a handkerchief. When we picked Tank up he smelled and looked amazing! You can tell she loves her job and every animal that she comes in contact with. I HIGHLY recommend her. ?❤️
Had an incredible experience using Jeannie for our wedding this September as our dog attendant. Jeannie was extremely professional and organized and I felt confident about using her to bring our dog to our venue, handle him during our cocktail hour, and bring him home. She walked him before and after, and ensured he was fed. Our dog is very excitable and can jump and Jeanne was in control to keep him on his best behaviour when greeting guests. Having our dog, who is family to us, be at our wedding was a highlight of our day. I am so grateful for MLD!!!
Jeannie does an excellent job walking my 85 pound Labrador puppy. Czar loves her and always looks forward to his daily walks with her. Jeannie is the best dog walker in Hamilton!
