Called in today, as I had a last minute Thought to add for my husbands birthday by just grabbing a few balloons, that wouldnt even take 10 minutes to blow up… called in and the girl on the phone sounded annoyed. (I called around 3:00pm, and would have been there for 4:30) was told that i should pre order, and that I should know exactly what I want when i call to order. Even though i explained maybe 5-10 blue balloons?… also was then told i would have to be in about an hour before they close, as they wont stay. Great customer service definitely wont be referring nor coming back. Went somewhere else no problem.
I've used party max more than once for balloons for my kiddos. I have yet to find better prices when compared to the big box stores, and I am always very pleased with the finished arrangements. The staff are friendly and helpful especially when it comes to letting my kiddos decide what they want. Thanks party max for the birthday memories!
We went in this morning looking for very last minute balloons and a couple decorations for a last minute reveal we had planned for this evening. The girl was so sweet and so helpful, she spent time with us coordinating the different things we could use for our get together. She definitely made it a less stressful process. Thanks again.
My balloons turned out amazing ! The prices were and always are phenomenal. Usually can find what I want and even more, if I can't the staff always help above and beyond to try and get me what I want or recommend where to find it. The last bouquet I bought lasted over 2 months, I had to get rid of them as after 2 months they were still floating.
Overpriced and staff member was not very eager to help. For the suggested $60 I was told for three balloons and two numbers I expected a more pleasant experience. Go to dollar tree…
The worse customer service !!! I went there, there was 1 male and 1 female and my lord, they were both so rude !!! They should not be allowed to work there. As I was waiting for my order, they both were rude to other customers as well. When I came home, I looked at my receipt and they even over charged me. The owner needs to contact me.
Always our go to party store! They have a great selection of party decor and balloon options. The gentleman was very polite and helpful in assisting me with picking out a balloon arrangement. The balloons and party decor added that special touch to our event!
