They've done a good job turning around this lab. Great customer service, and I've been happy with the products we've received. In all cases, the orthotics have nicely fit the patient's feet and have been made exactly according to our specifications.
We were really upset when the oringal Oolab went bankrupt at the end of last year and left us with many orders not completed and scrambling to get patients their orthotics before the end of the year. When they but our CC through without our knowledge and charging us for things that werent even received we called or CC company and we received a full refund. The brand new Oolab who I believe was purchased by someone else is as good, if not better than the original one. Their customer service is outstanding with Natasha always providing amazing support. Their turnaround time is the quickest I have had in a long time without sacrificing the quality because their orthotics are VERY high quality. I think now that they are a smaller lab it's more of a personable experience. I can't say enough good things about them. WHS

How dare you charge for services not provided after claiming to have declared bankruptcy. December 12th was your supposed departure from the orthotic industry, yet you have the audacity to charge for a near $3500 for a week's worth of orders NOT manufactured. And the cherry on top: thank you for that Purolator invoice you left outstanding for your "valued" accounts to pick up. The email stating you are back in business as of February is an absolute disgrace. You have lost all trust and loyalty from your long term customers that you never deserved in the first place. See through this scam of a corporation practitioners! Take your business to a trustworthy lab that truly values your business. Rest in peace OOlab.
