I feel compelled to write a review for all of the negative reviews here.. I LOVE Dr Ridha, he is literally the best family doctor I've ever had and I will keep him until the day he retires (which I hope is a long time from now). He's caring, he remembers me, he knows my family, he listens to everything I have to say and NEVER downplays how I'm feeling. I will never leave his practice, especially if you see the state of other family doctors and their reviews. As for Erin, sure she can be abrasive sometimes, and other times she's really nice. I think it's hard to be the face of the healthcare system right now considering how broken it is and she likely gets a lot of rude comments from people so it takes a toll on you. But seriously, best doctor I've ever had.
Dr Ridha is amazing and thorough but his receptionist Erin is rude, dismissive and lacks empathy. Ive been seeng other dr’s just to avoid having to speak with her unfortunately
Called at 9:20am. Receptionist said to call right at 9am to get a same day appointment, apparentlyby the time i called they were all booked up. They are not accepting new patients.
Great clinic , staff and pharmacy . We have five adults ,related , and all feel lucky to have this team . My wife’s cardiologist told her she had a very good GP just two weeks ago .
Dr. Ridha is great, the appointment process is a joke. The receptionist is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. I've been going here for years and the last 5 times I've tried I couldn't get an appointment. Calling 22 times to an answering machine from 8:55am and finally get though at 9:03 and I'm told the appointments for the day are fully booked. Sorry, don't waste your time here. Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the dark cloud that answers the phone.
I’ve been going since 2015, never knew, I was never told, that I was just a walk in patient after all these years. The receptionist, Erin, she is all script, no emotion, no sympathy. Nothing. Quote, if you don’t, we don’t tell you. As a heads up, find a kind receptionist that is helpful and supportive and informational, not hiding behind the fact you’re just a walk in patient. Now, when you need the support, they say, sorry, you’re not on our roster. Absolutely no care to help. Dr.Rahida is great, but Erin, receptionist, doesn’t care about your concerns. Maybe it’s just me, I just assumed this was my doctor. Get yourself a doctor and get on their roster to be a priority.
I've worked with many doctors throughout my career but Dr. Ridha is the most caring of all. He really cares for all his patients and will be very attentive to your needs. The receptionist is extremely unwilling to help. And now I believe that she is borderline CRUEL... That is it I'm fed up with her constantly denying care for patients, and causing unnecessary stress of not being able to book appointments due to this or that. Access to care is our right. She follows strict protocol of only accepting calls right at 9am with the doctor to be calling you back the next day regardless of the medical condition of the patient or mental health or work hours of individual patients. She is completely unwilling to accept that patients are sick and need to see the doctor. Each patient should have a right to see their family doctor. I feel so helpless... Like do I bring the code of conduct to her for the medical professionals... Or start going to a different doctor because this has got to end...
