I would recommend Direct Bed to anyone looking for a new bed. Great prices, and great selection. Delivered to the house and setup the bed, very happy with the quality of products and great sleep!
I ordered online and then called and emailed asking delivery date options as I needed this by a specific date. After multiple phone calls (no one ever picks up), chat (you only get a bot and they never transfer you to a human) and emails I finally get a reponse 4 days later saying 6-10 business days. I indicated that this won’t get to me in time so to process a cancellation. Then today 5 days later someone bothers to call and “Jesse” stated that it’s company policy to return messages after 2 business days (which they did not adhere to) but that it would be a 25% restocking fee if I was to cancel. I have already bought something else and they delivered right away no problem. He said it was their policy and that I would be charged the restocking fee regardless. How is that any type of customer service when you only follow policy when it suits your own needs?!?! If you bothered to return my messages in the first place we wouldn’t be in this situation. To that he said they have lots of customers and are too busy. Worst customer service ever. Note: their Google page actually states same day delivery (not that I needed it same day but why put this when you can’t even return a message within two business days according to your own policy). So that is totally fake to get you to order thinking they provide quick service and then trap you with their “policies”
The service from Direct Bed is outstanding. We needed a mattress for our trailer, the mattress is perfect and was delivered very quickly. I've just ordered my second mattress from there and had a slight issue with the shipping address, they answered my email and fixed the issue right away. Direct Bed truly knows the meaning of customer service.
I was looking for a very specific size mattress to fit into my Honda Element Camper and I came across Direct Bed. I saw online that they were able to do custom sizing so I called in to inquire. I believe I spoke with someone by the name of Steve over the phone and he helped me picked out the perfect one. They were able to accommodate my size request and also able to get it completed in a timely manner (less than a week!). I picked it up today and I am more than happy with the mattress. The two gentlemen that were on site at the Stoney location were also very friendly during my pick up. Great quality mattress & great staff.
Shopping at Direct Bed was a great experience The staff was very friendly helpful and very courteous . They are very knowledgeable about their products they sell I love how personal they are I would definitely shop there again and highly recommend them to my friends
