First off, I highly, highly recommend Alpha Locksmith. The back story is I had Bryce come to change our door handles front and garage door. We had just moved into a house 15 years old and it turns out the builder didn't put the holes in the doors in the right spots and changing our door handles was not easy because of the builders mistakes. What should have been a relatively straight forward job became much more. I was really impressed how Bryce worked through all the problems. Frankly, I'm not sure if there would be many others that could. There was a lot of work he had to do to make it right. He was persistent. At the end of the day he did a great job, he's definitely quality orientated and really cares about doing a great job. I definitely will be recommending him to friends and family.

He was very clear about the cost to do the job; there were no hidden surprises. He also gave me a little assistance with something unrelated to the job. This was not a simple task to merge an industrial door closer to a internal residential door, but he made it look easy. Again, this was a great experience and a job well done.
Bryce is exceedingly professional: he responded quickly to my request, arrived exactly on time and sent a text message to let me know he was on his way. He installed a new electronic lock for me and cleaned up rough edges from a previous installation. The installation wasn't straightforward and required modifications and fine-tuning. Bryce knew exactly what to do, had the correct tools and extra parts and accomplished the work quickly. I was impressed that after I thought everything was fine, Bryce felt it wasn't quite perfect and pulled out the mechanism and made more very fine adjustments. This resulted in the lock working more smoothly than any other lock I've had. Bryce is really first rate!
Just had Alpha Locksmith come out and resolve an issue with my front door deadbolt.
