I went to this laundry mat because I needed to use the eash and fold service. Trish was absolutely amazing to speak to and so helpful. I was able to drop my laundry off one night and pick up the next. Everything is clean and it was fantastic service! Would definitely recomend.
This is my favorite laundry mat to do my laundry especially on the weekends when Trish is working, she is so sweet and friendly, always has a smile on her face. I like that she keeps the place clean and is always willing to help when asked.
Was so excited to have a nice clean laundromat close by to our new apartment. Had to wait for the spouse to get off work before we could go, made it there right before 6pm but the lady said “nope its 6, theres signs everywhere, you cant put anything in now or else I will never get out of here”. It was 5:58 when we walked in. Maybe change your signs then, because last load at 6, implies we can still put a load through before 6, but apparently not. We both thought it was quite rude the way she said no and told us theres signs everywhere, she is very clearly done with having to stay a couple minutes late, (newflash lady- most jobs you dont get out the exact minute you are supposed to and being rude to potential customers is not the way to do it). Wouldve been our first time of many going there, but instead we had to drive to a laundromat elsewhere that actually stays open until a decent time, might just waste the gas to come here instead of there then considering I dont wanna go back there again now lol.
Very clean location. The machines are modern and well maintained. They have 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 load washers and 2 sizes of dryers. Staff are helpful without being intrusive. Plenty of tables for folding. I have been using this laundromat for over 20 years and will continue. Best one I have used.
Today I had a horrible experience from two of the staff members at this location. Employees were rude and were fighting for just $24 which was unfairly charged to me. One of the employees mentioned that "the stain removal fee will be taken off if the stains are still present". When we went there today to pick-up, all the stains were still present on the shirts and they asked for money. Upon mentioning what was said to me before, they started mentioning about third party service and their policy. To me it was okay to pay $24 but the employee was lying on my face. I was there with 2 other eye witnesses who can attest what they said before. Things have been better if they would have just accepted their mistake and what they said before. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICE DUE TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. BE CAREFUL! Min stars is 1, I would rate 0 (ZERO) to this place.
Family Cleaners came to my rescue when my elderly mother's bad hip meant she couldn't navigate stairs anymore to get to her washer and dryer. I live in another province and the manager was super helpful in setting up an ongoing laundry pick up service to an area of the city that other Hamilton laundry services didn't deliver to. I am so grateful - thanks Family Cleaners!
I’m currently here doing laundry and have never had any problems here before but they have an ant infestation that they don’t seem to be doing shutting about so beware you might want to stay clear of using their counters as you might be bringing ants home with you ?
