I highly recommend In Good Time as the place to go to get your jewelry repaired. My mother and I came in to have a broken gold necklace latch repaired. The jewelry repair came in perfect, earlier than expected, and the repair cost was fair. Roberta was extremely polite to both of us, honest, and knowledgeable.
