PentaQ Esports Cafe is awesome! Super clean, fast PCs, comfy chairs, and the internet is crazy good. The vibe is chill, and the staff are super nice. Great spot to game with friends or just hang out. Definitely coming back!
It’s been 7 months since the first time i came here. Back then I was paying for $3 an hour. But now I’m paying $5. Maybe because it was different people who assisted me then? Overall, all good.
The environment is fantastic—spacious, clean, and super comfortable for gaming! There's a huge variety of games to choose from, so you'll always find what you want. The snacks and drinks are delicious, making it a great place to enjoy while playing. The staff are incredibly friendly and patient, offering excellent service. It feels just like home but better—definitely a five-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
the way pricing works is a little weird, most setups are grimey and dirty, definitely bring your own peripherals if you can, everything is in mandarin including the warning that you only have 10 minutes left on your timer, large selection of games
挺离谱的，大半夜去店里发现大厅被中东人包场了。问前台怎么办，就说只能多花点钱用vip房，我去网吧经验少，都这样的吗？挺无语，恼火的。。倒不是因为被包场，而是工作人员这处理的我卡里钱用完就不想回来了。 Went there in the middle of the night but found out the Lobby got filled by a group of Middle East dudes, which idgaf about. But when I asked the front desk what can I do cuz I usually just use lobby, they said you can only pay more to use the vip rooms. I haven’t got much experience on internet cafes so I’m not sure if this is the usual solution for these situations. Any internet Cafe has to answer the question: "Why should I leave the comfort of my home to go to a cold sterile environment with loud ruckus people, not too comfortable seating, and over priced drinks?" PentaQ says: "That's all true and... Uh... Yeah?" And so the experience can only be described as average. The starting computers are $5 per hour with RX1660 and i3 processors. The more expensive computers in the private rooms are $16 per hour (or at least, they were when I visited) and presumably have correspondingly better specs. They also have a dedicated mahjong room and places to play board games (狼人杀 $5 per round). But the environment right now is bland and un-enticing. There's no decor or atmosphere to speak of. The best thing I can say is that the equipment is new and the environment is clean, and that's just enough to get a passing grade.
